Bug Respawn on coal pit / Book of Knowledge

Hey there,
Just one. When I chose to respawn at my home after knockout, I was placed in my coal pit and cannot get out.
The second one isn't really a bug just a mention. The Book of Knowledge under Resources, the Tree pictures do not accurately reflect the log/tree type.
